                    | You must have 4 Thai employees and meet the minimum salary requirements for your nationality to be eligible for an extension of stay based on business.
You must have an annual audit which shows the appropriate net equity and revenues to apply for the visa extension.

You must have a valid Thailand work permit to apply for a one year extension of stay permit. Your employer must also pay the minimum required salary for your nationality.

In addition to the minimum salary requirements, your employer must have 4 employees of Thai nationality for each extension of stay permit.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a very common confusion between the requirements for an extension of stay permit and a work permit. The sponsoring company is not required to employ any Thai nationality (0) to obtain work permits. This rule applies to Extension of Stay permits only.
